If you work through my Troubleshooting Procedure, it can diagnose the cause of non charging, 6 or 12 volt, Pos or Neg ground, be it simple like shes not polarized or if the Voltage Regulator is at fault versus the genny itself. See para 5 for a procedure to determine if the VR or genny is at fault.
