5000 ford steering sector

I replaced the PS pump on my 5000 ford 1974 mod
now that the pump is working i have a leak (hyd oil) coming from the flywheel timing inspection hole. the PS still has no power and I keep losing level in the pump.

I think i have some blown seals in the steering sector....

How much trouble is it to reseal the sector? or is there anything else I should look at?
