Hand Hold

I have a 1996 Dodge 2500 with a hand hold on the passenger side of the cab. But, there is none
on the driver"s side.
Who makes one?
There is no obvious way to mount one. I find this surprising. Am I missing something?

In the typical four wheeling world, the passenger has the "OH S H I T" handle to hold on while the driver says "hold my beer and watch this", while having the steering wheel to hang on to. In some scenarios, this is NOT adequate. If you are NOT comfortable with that scenario, you need to find new trucking buddies! (JUST kidding, but I Had to say it!)

Pull your seat belt real tight, hang on to the wheel. Or roll down the window and hang on to the door frame with left hand.

I hold on to the steering wheel and the top of the door. I thought there might be an after market place making a kit for a handle.
I'll try the seatbelt way.
