I have an old Case CK580 with the front wheels cracking about an inch out from the mounting studs.
Are these the same as implement wheels; or, are they heavier metal since it"s an industrial tractor?

I would say a typical implement wheel is about 3/16ths of an inch thick steel. Quarter inch might be rare, for heavier equipment. Industrial is normally heavier than farm equipment, cuz you"re dealing with pushing, loading, dirt. Beyond most tractor work.
