I just gave Rodney a call and he has too much work to take this on however, I explained my story to him and he said if the cam and crankshaft gear were not timed correctly I wouldn't have compression. Im driving home today and going over the whole thing again because he said it should start if everything is how I explained I have it? If I cant get it tonight I am going to look for another shop to take it on.
Please install new dry plugs, they make a world of differance before you try to start the engine. IF it does not start, I would ask you to try one more thing. Rotate engine so mark on mag gear shows in the hole, X, should be at 12. Remove mag and hold it's position, rotate flywheel 1 revolution, X, should be at 12 again. Replace mag with mark showing in hole and try to start engine. Doing this will time the mag to the compression stroke if it is on the exhaust stroke as I suspect it may be. That's my last dick effort to help. Good luck.
