Wisconsin VH4D wiring diagram Help

Hello all,

Taking the advice from some of the members here I attached a rough drawing of my componets that exist on my tractor. Hopfully someone can help me by drawing in what wire goes where? thanks in advance for your help this site and its members has been more then helpful. Scott

Here you go... I cannot identify the terminals on the new ignition switch you have, it may be a European import... The old switch is more standard/conventional for a USA generic ignition switch. It would be nice if the new one had come with documentation identifying the terminals!

Typically, power goes to "B" or "BATT" terminal and "S" goes to solenoid. You will be only using those two terminals at this time. (Some folks would simply use a toggle switch, but that does NOT provide the child safety/vandalism protection of a keyed switch with the key removed!)

As I stated, do NOT connect the mag to the ignition switch unless you KNOW you have a mag-type switch AND know which is the "mag/kill" terminal.

You can use a separate mag "kill" switch, as pictured, which were used on many old Farmall tractors and are still readily available.
