Replacing Rims on a '37 JD B - know of a shop in MA/CT?

Can anyone recommend a shop in Central/Western Mass or Connecticut which has the ability (and experience not to mess it up) to replace some pretty bent front rims on a 1937 John Deere B with pressed front wheels? I know I could send them out to Detwiler"s, but I"d rather try to save on shipping.

We use W J Hoey tire from Worcester.
They suggested City Welding in Worcester
to cut out and replace the centers on the rear wheels on my
Case, Said they use City Welding to patch
valve stem holes that are eaten up by calcium too.
