Ok guys I think I'm close I found a problem with starting my Wisconsin vh4d after being completly rebuilt she failed to start up, would turn over but no start. I took plugs out using old wires and nothing, got new wires and boom I have spark from each wire, still no start? At this point I tried everything I had gas in bowl, combustion, spark. Then a few guys on this site said to check timing and I did only to find that the silver tab on the rotor was pointing 180degrees in the wrong direction. I backed out the distributer to to allow me to spin the rotor worked fine. Now everything is back together I set the timing correctly but have no spark from any plug? I'm thinking thru days and days of trying different things maybe the plugs are shot a couple were really black?
