Ferguson TO20 or TE20

I bought a Ferguson tractor. Data plate behind steering wheel has what looks like Conventry, England. Serial number on data plate is 82771.
Engine bock has Z120-600.

The carburetor is a TSX361. I opened carburetor and it is really rusty in fuel bowl and had loose rust particals in bowl. I was wondering what could be used to clean rust out of carburetor. I put carb in clean gas.
 
One way of determing the difference is the kind of electrics( starter, generator, distributor). If they are Lucas it"s a TE-20. If they are Delco, it"s a TO-20. both used the Continental Z120 engine.
