Thanks Do you know where I can find information on the carburetor adjustments. I am trying to find out the model of my Ferguson tractor. On the engine block there is Z120-600. The serial number behind steering wheel is 82771.

That serial number indicates the tractor is TO-30 (TO-60001 through TO 140000, were TO-30"s). Look on the middle left side of the block for the engine manufacturer"s data plate at the joint between th eblock and head. It should say Continental Z129 unless it"s a hybrid. Initial carb settings are 3/4 turn out on idle air mixture screw(screw in to enrich idle mixture) and 1-1/4 turns out on the main jet. never go below 1 full turn out on the main jet.

Thank for reply.
Can not read data plate.
Tractor has a TSX 361 carburetor.
Engine block has Z120-600.
What is good to clean a rusty carburetor. I took carb off, opened carb. Found rust in fuel bowl.
I called a restoration site they told me that due to engine block number Z120-600 it was a TO20. I looked on data plate behind steering wheel 82771. Plus on data plate it has something Conventry, England. I am just trying to find out correct model so I can get correct parts.

The float setting is 9/32". The idle screw is 7/8 of a turn open and the main jet is 1 1/4 turns open. That is the starting point point. After you crank it up and let it warm up you can fine tune the idle and main jet adjustments.
