E SURE TRANSMISSION IS IN NEUTRAL and then connect a jumper cable from one big solenoid terminal to the other big terminal or starter terminal to battery hot. Starter turn?

3 wire or 4 wire solenoid??? Plus why did you replace all those parts?? The old starter and old solenoid if still good would have worked just fine.
That said I would first check that the battery has a full charge. Next check the cables and the connections. Now if your going to say the battery is new that means nothing more then that and it could well be bad from the get go BTDT and got one a few years back put it in a tractor and it would not start it up. Checked it and found it to be a bad new battery

ditto what old said. your 6v starter/solenoif and heavy bat cables would have been great on 12v.. and worked fine.

my guess so far is wrong start solenoid.

ford tractor of that era use a 3 terminal isolated base unit that is internally hot when correct big stud is hooked to the battery, and needs ground onthe small terminal.
