Not sure of year of production...so this may not be applicable. So make sure you verify with someone before doing anything.
Our 4020 - in her original work clothes.
1. It has a leaping "deere" on what looks like the rear of the seat bracket.
2. 4020 Diesel near door.
3. I also see a decal inside the cab on side panel of where gauge cluster and steering is - but cannot read it. (Sorry, pics not real clear).

| Nice original 4020,the square intake manifold and the hyd. controls on the dash make it a 1968 model. We have one the same year and my dad bought a new one in 1968.The current owner of my dad's is in poor health and I may soon have the chance to buy it back. |

| tomstractors,
Thanks. Was thinking I would have to serial number it, just out of curiosity. I did not know the year of this or of our old Case...husband and I are both more interested in our old JD and Farmalls.
This old girl and the DC Case were our work horses when my husband still farmed.

| Thanks SweetFeet That decal on the back of the seat is or should I say whats left of it is on mine too. If it wasn't put there from the Factory then it must be a dealer installed option  Can you tell if its the 2 or 4 legged Deere ? |

| I will try to remember to run out and look at it tonight. Maybe I can get a better pic of it... and the decal inside the cab too. |
