I have a Ford Workmaster tractor, the Busseye emblem says 600, on the ford says 601 workmaster, my serial numbers is 324320,aslo with the serail number shows 641. So what year does my serial number represent for M which model. Also if possible does anyone know the orginial color scheme?

I will tell you how to figure out the year but will not do it for you. Look on the left of this page under research& info then serial numbers then Ford then 601 which by the way is the series. The 641 you see above the serial number says it is a 641 modal which has 4 speed transmission. Once you get to the number list see where your serial number fit into the number given
 
hmm.. that sn is suspect.. in 62 the beginning sn was HALF of yours.. i don't think they doubled full model production the least few months.

double check that sn!

ps.. 601 workmasters were all ford red..

My mistake the sn 32432 so would that make it a 1958 tractor.

ps I am doing this for my husband
 
Over the years things like hoods and decals and all that type of stuff can and does get changed so it may well be a tractor that has parts form 2 or 3 other tractors on it due to things like a tree falling on it etc
