john deere 2840 hydraulics issues

Brake shoes were installed 1 year ago', changed oilc10 times , I'm still gettin fine shavings in hydraulic canister filter. Both remotes stopped working. When I lift the head on hay bind the head will slowly come down. If u raise the head even to clear a hole it hesitates then rises . Aware the remotes need rebuilt but what else would cause the shavings, if u can help please respond or call 7246015945

Transmission has to be opened up and flushed.
Entire hydraulic system also requires disassembly of
every little pipe, orifice, pump, cooler and valve
in the system.
