I have a older G204 Hobart welder with a 4 cyl. Wisconsin Engine. I am trying to replace my Wisconsin rectifier and regulator to a Kohler rectifier/regulator combo unit. My stator has the 2 AC wires plus a red wire to the regulator. "Bob" in another post says to go to page 83 to see how it was done, but can"t find a page 83 that has any reference to this. Could anyone please lead me in the right direction or a link or a schematic on what to do. Thank you so very much...Len |

| spocter Have you tested the leads for ohms? I would do that first then run the engine and test the output from them. It sounds like it could be AC on the two and a center ground. I have no leads to any diagrams though. David |
