Mike I seen your post on yesterday's tractor last year where your baler blades were colliding. Did you ever get it fixed? My 435 did the same thing yesterday. In fact it looks like the plunger blade is behind the stationary blade. I'm wondering if the baler is toast?

Your plunger probably needs some new bearings and rails. They do have a way of wearing out over time. Unless you bent the connecting rod you could get by with new bearings or try adjusting the ones you have if they are still any good. Don't remember right off hand what the clearance between the knives is supposed to be, maybe around twenty thousands.
