john deere 420-s clutch questions

hi i've got a jd 420 that needs a new clutch and i'm hoping there are a few 420 owners that can help me. now i've already split the tractor and took the old clutch and pressure plate out and i'm wondering what new parts to buy . now i have a jd 40 manual that says jd 40 standard tractors would use cushion type driven disk and a pressure plate without cushion springs is this true? regardless i have a website that i think i will order from a little help would be great.

Some of those just used an ordinary Spicer clutch.
The two stage clutch in my 435 was ruined, a clutch from a Massey 135 was a direct bolt in swap.
