AC G hydralics I have oil flow but no presure were do I look

my g service manual is at home and it has been many many years since I messed with the hyds for the front tool bar lift.. but in general terms.. you have a hyd pump, relief, control valve and a cyl.. if pump is capable of making pressure but you get none, but have flow, then look at relief.
