I just recently replace the hydraulic pump on my 1080 after i put it back together my 3 point will raise but wont go down even engine is turned off. im stumped. anyone have any sugestions

Will it go down if you push down on it while the lever is in the lower position?
Also you might want to post this in the Massey Ferguson down farther in the column.
