Broken economizer jet

I'm rebuilding a 241 carb for my 8N. Unfortunately I managed to break off the top of the economizer jet despite having made a special screwdriver that just fit the jet. Is there a way to get the rest out? If not, what size drill would I need to use to remove it? Is it an 8-32 thread? What would be the effect if I just left what's left in the hole?

Small left hand twist drill bit will probably end up being about the only way to pull it out. To small for any type of E-Z out plus the good E-Z outs do not go small enough or at least my set does not

Using the tip of a torch, heat the area where the jet is located. Let it cool, it will help with your removal.
