Seeking decal help--urgent!

Hello!
I just got on this forum for one purpose...and that is to find the most authentic decals I can for my husband for Christmas.
He has a 1943 or 44 (I can find out for sure if needed) Farmall A. Not a Super A.
I read somewhere that mylar decals are more authentic than vinyl. So, I'd like to find a set of mylar decals for his tractor to get him started on the road to renovating it.
I also believe I read that the true original should have McCormick Deering across the top, not just McCormick or IH on it. Is this correct?

I am very grateful for any help you can give!!

Try the Decal store. tractordecal.com 800.286.2171. They advertise both mylar and vinyl. I have both and while mylar is, I suppose, really more authentic if he is going to do a really good restoration, I have been happy with vinyl. So far as McCormick Deering or not, you are probably correct but I am not a red person. the store could probably answer that or you could post over on the Farmall forum.

Thank you! I didn't even know there WAS a Farmall forum. I should have guessed.
I appreciate your help.

(quoted from post at 18:31:42 12/18/10) Maple-Hunter supplies a very nice set.

Thanks! Once I had more research completed and based on some other replies I received I was able to make what I hope is an intelligent choice (based on serial #) that was for sale on ebay.
