The one on the bottom dran plug .

ASSUMING the carb is apart and gasoline-free, move the lower half to a SAFE area and heat the SNOT out of the drainplug with a torch.

Let it cool to ambient then easily remove it with a Vise-Grip.

Thanks it is not apart i will try vise grips on it .

It's just a 1/8" pipe thread plug you it should be easy to find a replacement if it's bungered up.
