I have a TN65 4wd. Battery is fine and all wires connected.
Won't start. 5amp fuse burned out, now replaced and still
won't start. Any suggestions?

When you say won't start do you mean will not crank the starter or it turns over and won't fire up. I have a 2001 TN75 and the battery is mounted in front of the tractor and the ground cable is bolted to the casted frame. More than once the tractor would not turn over but if jumped off it started easily, all connections from the battery looked good and were tight, I took the alternator off one time and went and had it tested -o.k. I noticed bubbled paint on the casted frame, unbolted the ground cable, buffed this area and cleaned the contact area of the ground cable and bolted back down. The tractor cranked right up. A couple years later, same problem and same fix. I needle gunned the frame under the hood and painted with epoxy paint.

I'm assuming that the engine won't turn over.
See if you have voltage at the starter when you turn the key. Some times the neutral start switch will stick or fail to close the circuit and the solenoid won't enerize to put current to the starter. The other possibility is the solenoid is bad or has a bad connection. I don't know waht all is inththe start circuit but trace that down and see if you can find an open ircuit somehwere. Also make sure that you have a good ground.
