8N converted to 12 volts

After converting the tractor to 12 volts it sounds like all cylinders are not firing. I checked that all plugs are firing but they look wet. Seems to idle fine but when put in gear it loses horsepower and pops in the carburator. Any suggestions would be helpfull.

check the firing order and make sure the wires go to the right plugs the old ford will run with i think its number 3 &4 crossed but wont have any power, if thats ok check to see if the bushing is in the rotor and that its tight on the distrubitor shaft and also that the shaft bushings arnt worn and as dell might say " it aint chur carb"
