This tractor has lost alot of power , ever sence it ran out of fuel one time
seems to run at only 3/4 power?
can this be fixed?

Is it gas or diesel? You could have sucked crap out of the tank into the line and be partially plugging off the line to the filters or from filters to pump. Replace fuel filters, check lines for possible blockages, make sure you get the filters bled free of air thru pump to injectors. If it's a gas check screen in sediment bowl for crap and line to carb. Unscrew fitting at carb and check screen there also. The fuel tank oultet could be partially blocked on either system also. Hope this helps.
