Restoring a Serial Number Tag???

I am currently restoring a 1952 CASE VAC-13 that used to belong to my grandpa.
However the serial number on my CASE is very faded and it would really compliment the restoration if it were restored in someway.
Do you know of a vender, company, or person that can do this type of work?

I figured out how to do it, not perfect, but looks better than it did. See attached pictures. Before & After.
