What type of equipment did the Waukesha 195 gk come in? Can anyone tell me more about this motor. What was the stock horse power. How many cubes. What can you do to build them up for pulling? Does anyone have one for sale? Thanks

I have a real nice 195Gk, will run with a tune up. $1100. That is Cheap HP.

I have one for sale. I am pretty sure it has a counterbalanced crank in it that is very hard to find. The engine turns over, I am going to try to get it to fire up.

The 195 gku engine was mainly used on oilfield engines. They were 320 cu. in., very comparable to an oliver 99 gas engine except the 99 has sleeves in it and it was 302 cu. in. Most 195 engines came with a regular crank in them that looked similar to any 88 crank except they are pressure lubed to the rods and the rod journal is 2-5/8. Very few are found with couterbalanced cranks in them like the one I have. It needs a home to go into an oliver 88. The engine will bolt right in it. Radiator hoses are the only thing that you have to fight.
If 77 oliver rods were used, the crank could be offcenter ground and could gain cu. inches very easily. E-mail me for more info.
