JD 430T Performance

You will have to excuse my ignorance as I am more up to speed with ACs but I have been very unsuccessful in find any performance minded parts for the 2 cyl 430 I have acquired. While the tractor is going to be dual purpose, and its a tinker toy for me cause I have always loved these 2cyl I want to soup it up some if possible, if anything just for the fun of it. Tractor will still be used as a tractor (plow and disc) with the occasional outing to the local tractor pulls.

Any time I google I get a bunch of stuff for new tractors or stuff for like the 70 series.

Any helpful info would be appreciated

My son pulls a 420 T and has been pretty successful at the pulls with it with what we did to it. I don't think it would stay together to go plowing all day with it this way but if you want something
for just pulling, let me know and I can give you some pointers. Email is open.

You can offset grind the crank and use mt
rods to gain some stroke, then shave the
pistons down. Or get custom pistons made
for even more compression.
