C-301 in a 560

Ok guys I may have asked before but here it goes again. What all needs to be done to install a c-301 into a 560 gas. I know the exhaust is different and doesn't exhaust vertically. Is it pretty much a drop in and go or do I need to do some modifying? Thanks

No modifying, just a lot of wrenching. Change front cover and adapter plate, oil filter assembly, oil pump pick up tube, oil pan, governor, oil fill tube and dip stick, rear adapter plate, fly wheel, pressure plate, clutch, water pump and all pulleys. To remove the front adapter plate you need to pull the cam, so you have to pull the lifters, push rods, and oil pump. I think that is all. When done, at stock 560 rpm, you will have about 75-78 hp if you do nothing else to it. Plus a big pile of scrape iron left over.(lol) I have done 3 or 4, doesn't take to long, depends on how much beer is consumed.

Does the rear cover take a gasket? What all gaskets will I need to do the swap and where the best place to get them. I'm in Indiana
