4010 transmission

At a minimum:
Needle the differential.

Take all the trans gears chuck them on a shelf and install a custom 3 speed trans with gear ratios of your choice, the stock trans will not take a 3x3 466, it will break, maybe not the first pull but it will break,

Install a billet clutch cross shaft and don’t skimp on the clutch, if it were mine I’d put a 4 disk crower springer in and not have to worry about it.

Tear all the PTO and other unnecessary stuff out and foam the rear, a little less oil will allow a little more movable weight.

Now I’ve probably just spent over $10k of your hard earned money and haven’t even gotten the engine bolted in yet.
