v cut tires vs. full cut

For the most part: v cuts are cut to have lug all the way across the tires. Lugs will generally be rather short. Full cut sharpens both top and front of the lug but don't grind into the casings to connect them. And yes, due to short lugs, v cuts more popular on faster tractors.

We got 6 antique pullers, some with factory hubs, some with weld on. We made all our wheel's with 10" back space & set the hubs accordingly so all our tires fit all our tractors with no adjusting.
