Case Dc Pulling Tractor

Hi. I recently acquired a case dc4 and was wondering if there are any bigger size pistons/ sleeves I can use without boring the block? Bigger than 4 inches. And what all else can I do to make it a good puller? Thanks in advance.

I looked up your motor specs. Somehow you
need to raise the compression about 3
times. Is there any way a 870. 830 engine
will fit? Surely will with some work. I
would look at that first.

I think you may have replied to the wrong post. I didn't say anything about compression. Was just asking about pistons and sleeves.

I think that Vic was intending to make the point that since you are looking to get more power out of your motor, that raising the compression, as with almost any other make and model tractor motor, would be a basic thing to do. Especially since the specs for your tractor show it to be a much lower compression engine that pretty much anyone that you hook against.

There was 4 1/16 Pistons at one time!
Check with Don Livingston in Minnesota or
John Saeli in NY they both sell
replacement Pistons for the DC if I
remember there 4 1/16
