Oliver 3.750 sleeve bored out to 4??

I would say that would be way too thin to live very long. Be easier to just get correct sleeves and bore the block for them.

I heard about a fellow that took a John Deere 619 and either bored the sleeves to fit 3406 pistons or turned the cat 3406 sleeves down, but either way same result, ended up splitting the sleeves long ways mid track and blowing the coolant clear out of it.

Need at least 3/16”and better 1/4” of wall thickness depending on the type of sleeve metallurgy and combustion chamber pressure .
