Okay guys - be easy on me as Im new to this forum; my new project is a 1937 IH W30 ...any chance I could pull with this ol girl....in its class?

The W30 if in good shape would have plenty of power. It would be hard to mount weights if you needed to. The biggest problem would be if tractor started to pull to one side or other you don't have brakes on rear wheels. If yours is like mine there is just the one brake that stops tractor.

Ok...yes- hand brake..... would it still work okay? Also- thinking of pulling the engine as I have the radiator out to be cleaned; should I check the clutch while im here? Does "pulling" require a special clutch? Also, can you help me on my "Oil filter" post....help is slow on here today! Thanks !

I bought the tractor with "wheel weights" but have no idea about any rules yet...im new at this idea. Thanks.

If your just pulling farm stock I wouldn't need a special clutch. If you have it apart it would hurt to check it out.Mine has the brass filter that is cleanable. I thnk it would take the same filter as a f30.

no-no-no...lol... I don't have anything! the canister- lines- nothing! Look at my pics please on Tractor talk - thread "oil filter" thanks

That engine is a 3 main bearing engine and the mains are ball bearing.
