Need more horsepower

If its a N/A diesel its tough to crank power out of it. I don't know that motor so I am only guessing its not forced induction.
You could look into throwing a turbo on it, then you can dump considerably more fuel into it.
If the thing is already belching out black smoke cause someone told you that makes tons of power, turn the fueling down because it doesn't help. You can only increase the fueling on a N/A diesel motor a little bit before it starts pouring smoke out. That black smoke is unburnt fuel that is actually hurting the combustion process and decreasing the power output. Increase the fueling till you see a slightly dark haze under load and that's about it. More than that and the power starts going down.

Hidden N2O kit ?
A few ponies with a dry element air cleaner, port match the manifolds to ports. Grind and blend in the sharp edges inside the ports , valve guids and valve bowl. Three angle valve job. Regrind the cam and tell the shop what you are doing. Tinker with the injection event timing and a straight stack. Place on dyno and dial fuel until max HP is found.
What is the pto HP on the dyno now ?
HP alone does not win pulls . The first three priorities are traction, traction and traction. Then drawbar height, drawbar length and fore to aft weight balance. Now you can tinker with HP.

That engine was later enlarged to 284,301 and finally 336cu" by the 1990's. Find the internals and drop into your 267.

which 267? Super 400,700,800,730 and 770 all had that displacement but they are different between models except the 700/800 engine

830 power cells and some port clean up work won't hurt, the inline Bosch pump as found on 1959 700/800's is an improvement and of course any increase in displacement
