Hey Guys, does anyone know of a good source for 14.9-38's for Dead weight Pulling. The only 23 degree Tires I can find are Firestones and are really expensive.

The Galaxy Earth Pro R-1 looks interesting for a lower cost tire. Unfortunately no 14.9-38. 13.6 and 15.5 are available. I will probably try some of these if I need to buy some at some point. I have had good luck with Galaxys on a farm tractor in the past.

We can get this Alliance 304 R-1 in a 14.9-38 for $497.12. They're a multi-degree tire, mostly like a 45 degree tread. What I like about them is the lug itself is narrower allowing it to grip better on hard dirt and the tread is steep enough to allow shedding when the dirt gets a little wet. Just something to think about. The 14.9s seem to be getting phased out with 15.5 getting more popular and less expensive. You can give me a call after 6PM CST if you'd like to talk about what's there in a 15.5.

We can get this Crop Max, which is the old Firestone F & R tread mold, in 15.5-38 for $412.63 if you're decided on a 23 degree lug. The warehouse runs low sometimes, but it's usually just a day or two before we can get some more of them.
