Thanks for the help in setting up the WD45. I flipped the drawbar over and shortened and raised it max height allowed by rules. I also shimmed clevis and dropped tire pressure to 9 lbs.. After three pulls being canceled do to rain I got to pull last weekend (Wet track). I got second in 4,500-5,000 and second in 5,000-5,500 lb farm stock ( percentage pull) and sixth in 0-10,000 lb farm stock. Tractor still heavy on front end but does not run out of power. Now I have all winter to figure out if I want to make more changes.

In farm stock classes we have to pull with a twisted clevis ( no C clevis or homemade hitch) per club rules.
 
Another thing that might help would be to spacer the clevis on the bottom rather than the top, pin it with a bolt real tight, and raise the drawbar back to max height to make up for that. I like where your rear weights are but if you could move your front ones farther forward they would be "heavier" with fewer of them used up there and you could move a few to the back with the others back there. All in all you're on the right path it looks like. Nice, appealing looking tractor. gm
 
Can't raise drawbar any higher it is at 18" which is max for farm stock class. I'am thinking of making another bracket for drawbar right up under rear end and move that front set of bar bell weights to under tractors rear end.
 
DB, I would for sure trade in the clevis pin for a good grade bolt and clamp the clevis tight to the drawbar to keep it from sagging under a load and costing you drawbar height while pulling. gm
 
That clevis won't move. The pin is so tight you have to drive it through drawbar and clevis and the shims have to be drove in between draw bar and clevis. That clevis is so tight it won't swing from side to side with driving it with a hammer.
