Offset or stroker

Looking for some upgrades to do on my tractor this winter ,just wondering the difference between a offset grind and a stroker crank. Price, advantages or disadvantage and so on. My tractor pulls well but I've had the same set up for 5 or 6 years and would like to change it up

Offset will be much less costly but
will be limited on how much stroke you
gain. Depends on what rods you grind
to. A stroked crank will be more
costly but can be done to any stroke
you want. Either requires you match
crank, rods,pistons, etc...to fit.
