720 diesel cam

hi thinking about having my cam ground and was wondering who you all recommend? i pull farm stock classes so just want to freshen it up with a mild pulling grind.

how much could i expect to gain from a cam grind? the engine was overhauled at some point before i got tractor a few years ago but i have no idea what they did to it, i can tell the block and head were off as they have discolored paint on them. the tractor dynos 65 right now

A Performance Cam, Injector tuning and increase Intake air-flow from Valve, to air-cleaner..

WILL make a huge difference...

If you remove the Inlet pipe and air filter, you will be able to clean and smooth the interior of them..
The main Inlet tube can be opened up be a process of pumping an abrasive slurry through it to increase the inside diameter..
You can do what you like with the air filter, but I would at least use a very light wt oil in the cup, if I ran much oil in it at all9 But, I would have some in it to catch dust..
I know of one here (a 70 D) in Ohio with a performance cam and improvements on the Injectors (Higher Cracking pressure and better tips) .. might have 720 pistons, etc..
It has throttle response like a Fresh Gas JD and Pulls HARD..I have never seen it throw much smoke, even under the heaviest loads..
