pretty hard to figure out what your talking about. the factory tire is 16.9 x 34. the tractor has 5 forward speeeds, so pick a gear. it has a governor that is adjustable.
so between all them choices speeed can be increased without going into the differential. so little information all the time.
 
my Nebraska tests say 26 is was the tested wheel and Guy Fay's book says a wide variety of wheels and tires were used but the Nebraska tests when the 26s were used tested the speeds and a 34 would make a whale of a difference .
 
You cannot pull much in fourth gear with original engine. What you running for engine or power? If not original engine or rpm, just change the engine rpm.
 
5.5 mph is the stock speed in 4th which is 1500 rpm . my calculator says increase the tire to a 18.4x38 and increase the rpm 20 percent . you will be there
