I was watching Div. 5 at Tunica on you tube and there were Farmalls with RD engines , I thought RD engines were not allowed in Div. 5 so are they allowed or not , or sometimes ? I am confused

You are thinking about natpa. The rest of the world pretty much runs what you brung! Except no turbos.

What vic said. Tunica is not an NATPA pull.

NATPA is a breed of there own. About any where else the are very much welcome and you will see a lot of them.
