What size injector and other mods would it take to get 150+ hp in a Oliver Super 99gm? Can it be done without a turbo?

4 valve head ,different injectors ,there was a article in hart parr olivercol magazine ,believe it our not a muffler added power acording to them

There was a post here maybe a year ago, that said that you could get close with just some parts swapping.
