Water pump solutions

I've bought the high doller 12 in line water pumps in past but figure by now there is a cheaper , good way to do it , please any suggestions on what all u have done will be appreciated thanks

We just use the cheap ones from harbor freight. But going to use two of them on D17. And Two of those Honda aluminum radiators from china. I call it one pass cooling. But you can't put the water in the front of the block and take it out the front of the head. Need to put water in back of block or head.
