Motor Swap in IH H

I'm needing to know is it possible to swap a 350 utility or 300 utility into an H like doing a motor swap of a 350 to an H. The only reason I'm wanting to use a utility series is because I've heard they are bigger bored than the straight 300 and 350. If I can, what would have to be done to do so apart from making brackets the two bolts on both sides of the front of the motor that would go through the rails.

You heard incorrectly. They arent bored differently. I had a 300 utility. Bolt in swap but I think you need to change the timing cover.

sorry to but in but I have a 300 with broke crank and suspected internal damage, do you know if an "h" engine will fit in the 300
with a change to the front covers? I have an old H that I don't currently use for a donor. Thanks in advance Jack

Yes they will bolt in but some of the early H have less power un less you up date them 300 intral parts.
