Keystone turbo adjustment

I was wondering if anyone knew how to acurately adjust my keystone turbo. It's on a Super M, I have a vacuum gauge. I am trying to reach 14 pounds of boost. I thought it was as far as the needle would get under load (on a dyno) but someone else told me that once the needle went from still to shaky you were coming out of boost and going to start losing power. I think it would explain a few things but didn't want to make the adjustment without a second opinion. I've brought it up slowly, last year the motor was still pretty fresh. Any help would be great. thanks

I'd give the Keystone guys a call and get it straight from them.I've been talking to them recently and they seem pretty knowledgeable and love to talk turbo's.So much so that I've got one on the way for my tractor.
In the mean time I'll ask a guy I know by the name of "RED POWERS" who's got a Turbo on his Super M.He's so tickled with it he's now thinking about putting a small one on his little Super C.
