Been getting a lot of question on the rules for the NATPA Napoleon, OH. Summer Pull.
The rules for the summer and the 2015-16 season are going to be the same as last year’s rules. The voted on “new” rules for Divisions 3 and 4 go into effect next season. So next year’s summer pull 2016 and the 2016-17 season they will go into effect.
However - we are going to run an 8 mph Division 4 class for the summer pull and the rest of this season. We will see how it goes and then decide if that’s what we want to do or not for 2016-17 season. All rules stay the same as last season just that it will be an 8 mph instead of any speed for DIV. IV.
