My thought was the fluid in the system was maybe moving to fast without the thermostat.Also should my electric fan be blowing out, or sucking in the air? Iam running full engine covers with no louvers.

I'm not GTX but I'll add my 2 cents, yes I think you are right about the water going through the rad. to fast to cool it without a thermostat and you should blow cool air through from the outside, not hot air from the engine side. Chuck

I agree. Radiators are useless without good airflow. Working thermostats don't cause overheating.
