Safe Mark tires

Lots of people like them. the ones I've seen have more lugs on them than other brands of the same size. I think they may be a little heavier though, but can't say for sure.

My safe mark 11.2x38 were heavier than my 12.4x38 field & road, both 4 ply. I also need to run more air pressure in the F&R than in the safe mark. Seems the sides were a lot more stiff on the safe mark. They pulled ok but I wanted to go up 1 size and found these F&R tires.

We really like safemarks. More lugs all the way around than most brands, and with top cuts the lugs are wide enough that the cut edge doesn't roll under. Good old hard sets are best. Side wall blowouts are pretty common though...

Thx for the replies, think im goin to try a set of 13.6's for top cuts. Next question, when u guys top cut, do you take the lug all the way flush on the back side or leave 1/4" or so? I have seen them both ways. My current set are mechine cut flush but think im goin to leave a little on the back on these safe marks, can all ways cut more off if dont like them .
