460 Pedestals

will a super C pedestal bolt up to a 460 if not what other pedestals will work for lowering the nose of my tractor

I've seen a super c bolster and narrow front used in a 460. It took a decent amount of machining to make it fit.

Farmall 340 will work. Its a little narrower you will need to shim between frame rails and bolster. Use 340 lower bolster or adaptor plate for 460. 460 has a wider bolt pattern than 340

I have a 504 pedestal in mine, bolts right up and the bolt holes even line up in the frame! I cut down some of the cast on the end near the engine to lose more weight and I made a new radiator support.
