Combine axle for light front

Hey everyone,Iam going to be making a light front axle for my white. I was thinking of using a combine axle. Question for the guys that have used them, what models work best ? Also any pictures would be great.

Thank you.

I've used both gleaner and IH ones. Not sure on what models they came from but the IH is a little easier to work with as far as making the mounting brackets and its a stronger axle. The one in the pic is off of the gleaner.

Thank you for the info and picture. How are they as far as weight ?

I was thinking of using the steering knuckles off my factory wide front and welding them to a light weight tube. I think the factory knuckles are going to be heavy as hell and I would be ruining a adjustable wide front that I could sell. A combine axle would be much easier and I think lighter also.
